Jack - CEO
From a young age, Jack had a passion for high-end service with a keen eye for detail. Throughout his life, Jack was entranced by aviation, cars, yachts, and estates. Instead of attending college, Jack pursued real-world experience in each of these industries by working as a private-jet flight attendant, aboard a yacht as a stew, deckhand, and in the galley as a chef, and even training to become a certified Butler in London. After years spent pursuing these endeavors, Jack established Coppola Concierge in 2017 to serve as the first one-stop-shop offering elite experiences for clients across land, air, and sea. Now, Jack not only acts as an estate manager and CEO, but he also offers document notarization services, adding another layer of convenience to his clients.
Heavenly - Estate Manager
With 10+ years of experience in the service and hospitality industry Heavenly brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Coppola Concierge. This California-girl, now based in South Florida, has traveled to multiple countries around the world enriching her cultural experiences through humanitarian work and luxury hospitality aboard super yachts. She has a keen eye for detail, expertise in property maintenance, interior design, real estate, guest relations and fostering long-lasting connections with people. Heavenly takes pride in her work, and isn’t afraid to be hands-on if necessary. She leaves no stone unturned until each task is complete. Since joining Coppola Concierge as Jack’s assistant she feels a profound connection to the team and knows it is the perfect fit for her talents.
Joey - Equestrian Estate Manager
Prior to joining Coppola Concierge, Joey worked his way up in the restaurant industry from busboy to server, certified bartender, and eventually manager. During summers, he worked as a groundskeeper and earned a PAX chauffeur certification. Joey’s positive mindset and drive to exceed client expectations made him the perfect fit for the team. He initially joined Coppola Concierge as a chauffeur but quickly expanded his role to oversee estate management projects. Joey also notarizes documents.
Brittany - Estate Manager
After spending seven years in the yachting industry as a stewardess, Brittany desired to find land-based work where she could transfer her skill set for catering to high net worth clients. Born and raised in South Florida, Brittany easily integrated as a key member of the Coppola Concierge team. For the last year Brittany has served as House Manager, Organizer and Assistant where she uses her patience, ambition and communication making her a valuable asset to each client.
Kaitlyn - Head of Logistics
Kaitlyn is a Jupiter, Florida native, embracing a lifestyle that harmoniously blends both woods & ocean. She has twelve years of experience in luxury customer service, management, as well as armed and maritime security. Her greatest passion is displayed in her work to serve consistent and superior results to her clients every time! Friends have characterized her as creative, humorous, and thoughtful, all attributes that resonate with her Pisces sign. A significant achievement in her life, both past and ongoing, is her commitment to animal rescue. She holds a deep love and affection for cats and serves as a foster kitten parent with the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League based in West Palm Beach. Over the course of her life, she has fostered and rescued over 100 kittens and will always remain dedicated to assisting those animals who are unable to advocate for themselves. During weekends, she enjoys visiting theme parks, boating, or savoring a brown ale or Irish stout at a local brewery. She looks forward to the opportunity of working with you!
James - Estate Manager
James is a native New Yorker with over 15 years of experience in hospitality and sales. With a strong background in property management spanning 2 years, he has developed a keen ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional results. James is deeply passionate about taking care of his clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost dedication.
Outside of work, James cherishes time spent with friends and family, who describe him as kind and caring. On weekends, you can find him enjoying adventures at Disney World, boating, or relaxing at the beach, always seeking new experiences to enrich his life and those around him. James's commitment to excellence and his warm personality make him a valued member of any team.
Kelly - Assistant to Jack
Kelly is a dynamic professional with three years of experience as a private jet broker and a solid foundation as a luxury real estate agent. Born and raised in New Jersey, Kelly has honed her ability to connect with high-profile clients, seamlessly blending expertise in private aviation and real estate to deliver exceptional service.
At Coppola Concierge, Kelly’s role as an Assistant and Private Jet Director has strengthened her patience, ambition, and communication skills, making her an invaluable resource for clients seeking tailored solutions. Whether she’s coordinating charter quotes, overseeing aircraft sales, or offering insights into South Florida’s luxury real estate market, Kelly approaches every interaction with dedication and poise.
Nick - Exterior Houseman
Nick began his career in landscaping, pressure cleaning and auto detailing. Driven by providing ultimate client satisfaction, Nick joined Coppola Concierge to continue his speciality by focusing on exterior tasks; including, but not limited to completing routine maintenance, cleaning windows, managing landscaping and managing vendor visits. Nick sees the bigger picture, he is even happy to deliver lunch forty miles away if need be, or continue scrubbing the pool deck until it sparkles.

Sophia oversees the financial operations ensuring efficient management and strategic planning. Her expertise ensures the financial health of our services.
